ENGINEERING CONCEPTS, INC. (ECI) is a Hawaii-based engineering consulting firm that provides comprehensive civil and environmental / sanitary engineering services, established in 1986 on Oahu, Hawaii.

Our firm consists of twelve engineers, five CAD Operators/Designers and two administrative staff. Of our engineers, five have post-graduate (M.S.) degrees in environmental and sanitary engineering and two have M.S. degrees in hydraulics.

Our prime objective is to provide our clients with high quality work that is accurate, timely, and meets our clients’ expectations and needs. ECI’s capabilities reflect a Total Quality Management (TQM) philosophy and is our firm’s underlying quality control work principle. This concept focuses on effective communication and partnering with every principal and staff in collectively formulating efficient and effective strategies to attain the project objectives. Participation at all working levels encourages innovation and a sense of ownership and pride in the delivered product.
