ENGINEERING CONCEPTS, INC. (ECI), a Hawaii-based consulting engineering firm since 1986, provides comprehensive civil and environmental / sanitary engineering services.

Our staff of twenty is comprised of civil and sanitary engineers, CAD Operators/Designers, and administrative personnel. Five of our engineers have post-graduate (M.S.) degrees in environmental and sanitary engineering and two have M.S. degrees in hydraulics.

Our prime objective is to provide our clients with high quality work that is accurate, timely, and meets our clients’ expectations and needs. ECI’s capabilities reflect a Total Quality Management (TQM) philosophy and is our firm’s underlying quality control work principle. This concept focuses on effective communication and partnering with every principal and staff in collectively formulating efficient and effective strategies to attain the project objectives.
